YouthHope began as Christian Friendliness in 1936 when a group of women saw the need to minister to immigrant families, offering food, clothing, friendship and sharing the word of God.
Over the years the organization has grown, and refocused mission to minister to more than 500 low-income kids and teens weekly through after school activities, a Christian youth camp and other youth activities. Our holistic outreach model consists of three tactics: street outreach, youth centers and camp ministry.
